CUSTOM BANNERS - You design it, we print it!

File Submission Policy

1. We must evaluate and approve your design before you can place your order. We charge a $5 non-refundable 'Design Evaluation Fee' per DESIGN.

2. Click here to Pay the 'Design Evaluation Fee' now. Do not include other purchases with your 'Design Evaluation Fee' order. Once the transaction is complete, come back to this page and click on FILE UPLOAD to upload your design. One design per file. Max 50 MB File Size.

3. If your file is printable, we’ll email you an 'Approval Code' within 48 business hours. Enter your 'Approval Code' at the the time of your Custom Banner Order.

Custom Banner Artwork Specifications:

1. Your design must be ready-to-print at a minimum 50% of the actual size.

2. Only upload true Vector format files. Files must be saved as AI, EPS, or PDF (Save AI and EPS as version 10 if using Adobe Illustrator). We do not print Bitmap format files such as JPG, TIFF, GIF, or PSD or any low quality images.

3. Your Entire Design must be inside of your Banner Design Box. Remove all visible or invisible objects that are outside of the Box.

4. Convert All Fonts to Outlines, Curves, or Paths.

5. If your Banner has a WHITE background, create a thin black border (0.05 inches in width) around the entire design for hemming purposes.

Note: If you created your artwork on a Mac, please make sure it opens in a PC before submitting it.

Shipment Policy

If we receive your "Approved Order" by 12 noon PST, we'll print and ship your banner the next business day. If we receive it after 12 noon PST, we'll print and ship your banner the following business day.
