- For Banners over 15 feet in Length: Design your banner minimum 25% but maximum 50% of the actual size and proportionally correct. We print banners in full inch sizes, not a fraction of an inch.
- Leave about 2 inches free of text and artwork on all 4 sides if you request grommets. No Bleed Required. We only accept Single Page PDF, PNG or JPEG files between 100-200 dpi. Maximum file size is 150 MB. Design in CMYK color modes, not RGB.
- Upload Using Our Instructions Below. Do not upload more than one file per design. If you have more than one file, upload each file separately.
- If your design is not printable for any reason, each new file upload may cost $10 (per design) in advance. Contact us with any questions.

How to Upload Your File
- After You Place Your Order, You will Receive an Invoice E-mail with your Order # and Link to Upload Your File.
- CLICK THE UPLOAD LINK IN YOUR INVOICE E-MAIL (After Step 9) AND UPLOAD YOUR FILE
- PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER if you don't see your Invoice E-mail within a few minutes in your Inbox.
- FILE(S) MUST BE UPLOADED RIGHT AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER TO AVOID CANCELLATION.
