When Will My Order Be Shipped or Ready for Pick-up?
Standard Shipping Policy: Most Complete Ready-to-Print orders with up to 2 banners received by 3 pm EST / 12 noon PST (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) will be shipped by the end of the Next Business day. If we miss our Shipping Deadline, we’ll upgrade the shipping method to deliver the order on time. If you're concerned about delivery time, please contact us before ordering.
• Order Pickup (By Cardholder Only): Maximum 2 Single-sided Banners (2, 3 or 4 ft in height, up to 10 ft in length). Pick-up Ready in 2 Business Days After Order is Ready-to-Print.
• Orders with 3 banners or more or banners with solid dark background colors require additional days to ship. White Banners Ship FASTER
• Banners over 4 ft in height will be folded to ship and may leave a crease.
• Our system is Windows. Please make sure MAC generated designs open correctly in Windows.
• Orders over $2,000 must be pre-approved.
